Welcome to DiDaisy Enterprize LLC. By using our website (www.didaisyenterprize.com) or services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These guidelines ensure transparency, mutual understanding, and efficient service delivery. Please review them thoroughly before accepting any estimates, invoices, or contracts.

1. Scope of Services

DiDaisy Enterprize LLC specializes in providing exemplary handyman services to clients in Anniston, Alabama. Our website functions as a multifaceted platform for:

  • Capturing client leads for prospective projects.

  • Generating and disseminating detailed project estimates and invoices.

  • Offering secure online payment options for credit and debit cards.

  • Displaying a curated portfolio of completed projects as reference material.

2. Acceptance of Estimates and Invoices

  • Acceptance of any estimate, price quote, or invoice via our website constitutes a legally binding agreement to these Terms and Conditions.

  • Upon client acceptance, the price quote will be automatically converted into an invoice. No project work shall commence without formal approval of the estimate or invoice.

  • Upon invoice acceptance, a mutually agreed-upon project start date will be scheduled.

  • Clients must ensure property access for the duration of the project. Attendance is not mandatory, but all logistical arrangements regarding property access must be prearranged.

  • The owner is responsible for providing adequate electrical power and water resources as part of the logistical requirements for project completion.

  • The owner is also responsible for obtaining any necessary approval from governing authorities, including but not limited to permits (at the owner’s cost), requisite authorizations (at the owner’s cost), and verification that the work adheres to zoning ordinances.

3. Payment Terms and Deposits

  • Payments are governed by the terms specified in the agreement: Net 7, Net 14, Net 21, or payment upon project completion, as negotiated between DiDaisy Enterprize LLC (DEL) and the client.

  • A deposit constituting a minimum of 40% of the project cost is required upon booking and must be received prior to project commencement.

  • Material costs are payable upfront and are encompassed within the deposit structure, potentially amounting to 60% of the total project cost.

  • Deposits allocated for materials and associated procurement costs are strictly non-refundable. This policy ensures that DiDaisy Enterprize LLC can secure necessary materials and schedule resources without delays, thereby upholding our commitment to project timelines and quality standards.

  • The remaining balance must be settled upon project completion or in accordance with the agreed-upon payment schedule.

  • Price quotes remain valid for seven (7) days from issuance, subject to adjustments due to material cost fluctuations thereafter. Clients will be notified of such adjustments via email or phone communication, ensuring transparency and an opportunity to review the revised terms.

  • Payments are accepted via multiple channels, including cash, credit cards, checks, PayPal, Cash App, and Apple Pay.

  • Late payments incur a daily interest fee of 0.1% on the overdue amount commencing seven days past the due date. An additional $75 administrative fee applies to invoices overdue by more than 30 days and every subsequent 30-day period.

  • In cases of non-payment, clients bear full responsibility for recovery costs, including legal fees and collection charges.

4. Documentation and Reporting

  • A W9 form will be provided upon client request.

  • Comprehensive before-and-after project photographs will be supplied as part of the documentation process.

5. Project Conditions

  • Project work shall not begin until formal approval of the price quote or invoice is documented.

  • Additional work beyond the original scope requires authorization through a Not-To-Exceed (NTE) agreement. DEL will directly communicate all proposed changes to the property owner for explicit approval prior to proceeding.

6. Warranty Coverage

  • DEL provides a one-year craftsmanship warranty on all services rendered.

  • Clients are encouraged to report any issues or concerns promptly to facilitate swift resolution.

  • Materials provided and installed by DEL are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. Clients should confirm whether registration with the manufacturer is required to activate warranty coverage, or if DEL handles this process on their behalf. Labor for installation is warrantied for one year against defects or improper application.

  • We do not provide warranty coverage for materials supplied by the homeowner.

7. Client Reviews and Feedback

  • Upon project completion, clients will be invited to provide a five-star Google review to support our business’s growth. Constructive and candid feedback is always appreciated.

8. Legal and Dispute Resolution

BBB Arbitration Clause

  • Agreement to Mediate and/or Arbitrate: Clients agree to resolve disputes through mediation and/or binding arbitration facilitated by the Better Business Bureau (BBB) Serving Central & South Alabama, excluding disputes involving criminal or statutory violations.

  • Mediation Process: Supreme Court-certified mediators will oversee the resolution process, with any agreements reached being binding upon both parties.

  • Binding Arbitration: Disputes unresolved through mediation will advance to binding arbitration under BBB rules. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and enforceable in courts of appropriate jurisdiction.

  • Legal Acknowledgment: Acceptance of these terms constitutes a waiver of the right to pursue litigation for applicable disputes. Further details are available on the BBB website or by contacting (205) 558-2222.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • DiDaisy Enterprize LLC shall not be held liable for delays arising from unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, supply chain interruptions, or other force majeure events.

10. Fees and Discounts

  • Service Fee: A minimum fee of $100 is applicable to cover administrative and travel-related expenses.

  • Convenience Fee: A 20% surcharge applies to material costs to offset procurement efforts and logistical requirements.

  • Military Discount: A 5% discount is extended to clients associated with military households, including active duty, retired, or disabled veterans, as well as spouses of deceased service members. Proof of service is required.

  • Returning Customer Discount: Returning clients are eligible for a 5% discount on all subsequent services, excluding estimates.
