Terms & Conditions — DiDaisy Enterprize LLC

By requesting an estimate, scheduling service, or approving work, you (“Client”) agree to these Terms & Conditions with DiDaisy Enterprize LLC (“DiDaisy,” “we,” “us”).

1) Scope of Work

Work includes only what is listed in the written estimate, invoice, or agreed scope (text/email is okay). Anything not listed is not included until approved as a change order.

2) Estimates & Approvals

• Estimates are valid for 7 days, unless stated otherwise.

• Work is scheduled only after we receive the required deposit (if applicable) and written approval.

3) Pricing Types (Fixed Price vs Time & Materials)

We may price work in either of the following ways:

A) Fixed-Price Work
A fixed-price quote covers the listed scope only. If the scope changes, pricing changes.

B) Time & Materials (T&M)
Some jobs are billed at a fixed hourly rate plus materials.

• Hourly rate: $_150___ / hour (or as stated on the estimate)

• Time includes on-site labor, job setup, and necessary cleanup related to the work performed.

• Materials are billed at cost plus applicable fees (if stated).

4) Deposits & Materials

• For most projects, a deposit of 50% is required primarily to cover materials and secure scheduling.

• Special-order materials (custom items, non-returnable items) may require full payment upfront.

• If the project is canceled after materials are ordered, the Client is responsible for materials already purchased and any non-refundable supplier charges.

5) Change Orders / Additional Work

Real houses love surprises. If additional work is needed (or requested), we will communicate the change and pricing before continuing whenever reasonably possible.

• Change orders may be approved by signature, text, or email.

• If hidden conditions are discovered (rot, mold, structural issues, unsafe wiring/plumbing, etc.), the scope and price may change.

6) Scheduling, Access, & Site Conditions

Client agrees to provide:

• Safe access to the work area during scheduled times

• Working utilities (electric/water) as needed

• A reasonably safe job site (pets secured, hazards minimized)

We may reschedule due to weather, supply delays, illness, emergencies, or safety concerns.

7) Payments

Unless otherwise stated:

• Payments are due upon completion for smaller jobs, or per the draw schedule for larger jobs.

• Accepted payment methods: cash, card, check, and electronic payments (as available).

Late Payments: Any late fees/interest will be assessed only as allowed by law and may include reasonable collection costs if the account becomes delinquent.

8) Warranty

We provide a 1-year workmanship warranty on labor performed by DiDaisy, starting from completion date, unless the estimate states otherwise.

Warranty does not cover:

• Customer-supplied materials or fixtures

• Manufacturer defects (covered by manufacturer warranties)

• Normal wear and tear

• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, water intrusion, pests, structural movement, or previous/hidden conditions outside our control

• Work performed or altered by others after we leave the job

9) Photos & Documentation

We may take before/after photos for documentation and portfolio use. If you want photos not used publicly, request it in writing and we’ll honor it.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, DiDaisy’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service performed. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

11) Disputes / Venue

We prefer to fix issues fast and fairly.
If a dispute can’t be resolved informally, the parties agree to bring claims in local court in the county where the work was performed, and if eligible, small claims court.
